International Speaker // Best Selling Author // Business Leader
At the union of thought and action is Elisabeth Fayt. For ten years, she performed as Private Assistant to Canada’s Tim Hortons Coffee King, billionaire Ron Joyce, traveling the world, working alongside global business leaders, and learning how to build business success from the ground up. Supporting this experience in action, she explored the inner and outer edges of thought, its potential, its essence, for 18 years of study with the Masters of India. From this journey, Elisabeth developed a unique foundation for the teachings she shares in her best-selling book, “Paving it Forward,” and carried it through with RnR Wellness, a successful Canadian chain of wellness spas.
Her profound message bridges the gap between spirituality and business, illustrating the practicality of implementing spiritual principles in the material world. Fayt attributes the success of her business to having a strong spiritual foundation; that the building of anything begins in the core, in the essence of one’s being, navigated by the thoughts and intentions that make up a personal consciousness. Elisabeth notes that motivation is external and is constantly needed, “to keep the machine running.” Inspiration, on the other hand, is internal. “When someone is inspired from within, they no longer need any outside motivation. So that is in essence what I do for people. I empower them to be inspired from within, which lasts a lifetime.”
A recipient of Global TV’s Woman of Vision award, celebrating her philanthropic contributions to the community, an international speaker and spiritual luminary, Fayt is featured in the film, The Opus (follow-up film to “The Secret”), and is a voracious teacher of the Laws of the Universe, where she translates the “wisdom of the ages” into powerful keynote presentations, workshops and mentorship programs. Her energy is contagious. "I believe the best thing you can do for someone is to teach them to change their thought. Then they can create happiness for themselves, at will, regardless of any circumstance or environment."
